The Gulf Environment & Sustainable Development Forum is Saudi Arabia’s official environment exhibition and conference, and the only environment forum held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz. Launched in 2010, under the initiative of the Presidency of Meteorology & Environment, this Forum has since picked up great momentum and succeeded at bringing together international experts to help develop environmental enterprise within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This year’s conference will focus on the Green Economy, CSR and Green Innovation. With the green economy becoming an increasingly important to conduct business, the conference will highlight opportunities for involvement in protecting and preserving the environment in a period of great economic expansion.

It is worth mentioning that GEF Exhibition is considered as an international meeting offering a once a year opportunity to invest in the latest eco technologies and initiatives. The Gulf Region is widely recognized as having the potential to become the world’s largest producer of renewable energy and many Gulf countries are gearing up and well on their way to achieving this goal.
